I am an applied microeconomist with interests at the intersection of agricultural, health, and environmental economics. My current research focuses on the evaluation of food policies as well as the impact of climate shocks on diets and nutrition.

My thesis supervisors are Prof. Franco Sassi and Dr. Laure de Preux. I am affiliated with the Centre for Health Economics & Policy Innovation. I hold a LISS DTP studentship from the Economic & Social Research Council (UK).

I am currently visiting Cornell University Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management until May 2025, hosted by Dr. Ariel Ortiz-Bobea

My expected graduation year is 2026. I will be on the job market 2025-2026.

I have been a research assistant for the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) since February 2025. Before starting my PhD, I worked in the Economics of Noncommunicable Diseases team at the Pan American Health Organization (WHO Regional HQ for the Americas) and as a consultant for the Health, Nutrition, and Population Global Practice at the World Bank. I am a member of the United Nations Subcommittee on Health Taxes.

I hold an MRes in Economics & Public Policy from Imperial College London (UK), an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands), and an MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School (France). 

I speak fluently English, French, and Spanish.
